ABOUT TAMAR

She helps people say the thing

they keep editing out
they keep editing out

Tamar Routly is the founder and CEO of Podcast Impact Studio — a creative collaborative that helps purpose-driven creators stop performing and start connecting. As a voice strategist, podcast producer, and host coach, she works with founders, authors, executives, and community builders to uncover the message they’ve been afraid to say out loud.

Her philosophy is simple: the most powerful thing you can do as a podcaster, speaker, or leader is tell the truth. Not the polished version. The real one. Tamar builds the space where that becomes possible — and then helps clients build shows and platforms around it.

She is the published author of Sobriety for Dummies with Lane Kennedy, co-host of The Sober Curator Podcast, and has been in recovery for over a decade. She speaks openly about sobriety, authenticity, coming out, and what it means to build a business and a life you don’t want to escape from.

After the conversation

From day one, Tamar made me feel completely at ease. She has a rare ability to help people find and express their voice authentically, all while keeping you laughing along the way. She's the real deal, and I'd recommend working with her in a heartbeat.

Julia Waller
Unique Ability Podcast – Unique Rabbit Coaching

It feels more like chatting with a wise friend who makes your words sound better, your message clearer, and your purpose more impactful. I don't know how she does it, but I'm content to be on the receiving end of her magic.

Amelia Ransom

VP Diversity, Equity & Inclusion · Host DEIAF Podcast

Tamar doesn't just produce shows; she builds systems that amplify voices. She does it all with a passion and precision that makes everything run smoother than you ever thought possible. I love working with rockstars, and Tamar is absolutely one of them.

Alysse Bryson

The Sober Curator · Magnetic Media Labs

She goes beyond what is required and is endlessly coming up with new ideas and strategies. She has the ability to walk the fine line of supporting my own authenticity, clarifying and fine tuning my message. She gets just as excited as I do about the work.
