Founder of Podcast Impact Studios & Podcast Producer
Tamar Routly is the founder and CEO of Podcast Impact Studio, where she helps heart-led entrepreneurs and community builders turn their real stories into podcasts that actually change lives and create impact.
She doesn’t do polished performances. She helps hosts stop editing themselves and start telling the truth — then with her team of awesome creators helps build the systems, and strategy to keep that momentum going. As a voice strategist and creative director, Tamar partners with clients to uncover the message they’ve been afraid to say out loud, and ensures it reaches the people who need to hear it.
Her philosophy is simple: the part of your voice you’re most tempted to mute is the part your audience is waiting for.
Tamar is also the co-host of The Sober Curator podcast alongside Alysse Bryson, where they explore recovery, culture, and what it actually looks like to build a life you don’t want to escape from. As a published author, she wrote Sober for Dummies (Wiley), which continues to reach people navigating sobriety around the world.
