The Collective runs through the same four-phase Off-Script methodology as the 1:1 Intensive — Uncover, Clarify, Connect, Build — but in a group context where participants witness each other's work. That witnessing is part of the methodology. You'll hear yourself in other people's stories. That recognition changes things.
Maximum 8 participants per cohort. Everyone gets time in the hot seat. Everyone gets witnessed. The intimacy is intentional.
Every Friday throughout the program, optional open sessions. Bring a question, a recording, or your ONE person to pressure-test. No agenda. Just the work.

Can I join Amplify without doing Origin?
No. Amplify is built on the foundation laid in Origin. Your ONE person, your wound, your hook/bridge/permission slip — all of that is the prerequisite for Amplify. There’s no shortcut, and there doesn’t need to be. Origin is where the real transformation starts.
What if I’ve already done the 1:1 Intensive?
If you’ve completed Origin through the 1:1 Intensive, you can join an Amplify Collective cohort directly. Reach out and we’ll discuss how your existing work transfers.
How often does the Collective run?
The Collective runs Origin, then Amplify, then Origin again. Cohorts are small — max 8 participants — so we run them when we have the right group. Join the waitlist to get notified first.
What do I need before the first session?
Complete the Voice Audit tool (20–30 minutes, link sent after registration). If you have an existing podcast, submit two episode transcripts. That’s it. Come to Session 1 without a script and without prepared answers.
